Cool-Control

Our Cool-Controls monitor the cooling water supply, return lines, welding tongs, and other devices in the joining technologies. Systems can be directly connected to: Profinet modules, Profi-bus modules, Inner-bus modules, and conventional distributors.

A cool control unit consists of the following components.

Evaluation:

• Cooling water flow rate in the flow and return
• Difference between flow and return
• Temperature in the flow and return

2 sensors for:

• Flow according to the vortex principle.
• Temperature measuring range, 0 - 100 degrees celsius.
